The Baldwin School is a private school for girls in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, United States. It was founded in 1888 by Florence Baldwin. The school occupies a former nineteenth-century resort hotel that was designed by Victorian architect Frank Furness, a landmark of the Philadelphia Main Line.

Challenges & Solution
For the second consecutive year, Skynine had the honor of producing The Baldwin School’s graduation ceremony — a prestigious and heartfelt event marking the culmination of the academic journey for the Class of 2025. Set in the stunning Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church, located adjacent to Baldwin’s historic campus, the event brought together tradition, excellence, and innovation.
A Thoughtfully Executed Livestream Experience
To ensure that every moment could be shared with families and loved ones around the world, Skynine delivered a three-camera, multi-cam live-switched video production, streamed in real-time via YouTube. This approach allowed for seamless transitions between wide coverage, close-up speaker shots, and audience reactions — all managed live for an immersive and professional viewing experience.
Adding a unique and personal layer to the production, Skynine designed custom-branded lower-thirds graphics for every speaker and every graduate. As each member of Baldwin’s 137th graduating class crossed the stage, their name appeared on screen with clean, elegant overlays tailored to the school’s branding — ensuring each student’s recognition was both meaningful and memorable for remote viewers.
Celebrating Excellence
The ceremony honored 66 accomplished graduates, who collectively earned an impressive 358 acceptances to 180 different colleges and universities. The keynote address was delivered by Baldwin alumna Ruth Davidon MacQuarrie ’82, inspiring the graduates with reflections on leadership and resilience. Student speaker Riya Rao brought warmth and authenticity to the occasion, representing the voice of her remarkable class.
