Challenges & Solution

A Promotional Film for Athletics

For a three-day shoot at The Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA, Skynine set out to capture the energy, strength, and spirit that define Baldwin athletics. Our team filmed short, high-intensity scenes across a wide range of sports—from racket sports like tennis and squash, to field sports such as soccer, field hockey, and softball, as well as indoor athletics including basketball, swimming, weight training, and gym class. We also captured key visual elements throughout campus, including trophy displays and signature athletic spaces, to connect Baldwin’s proud athletic legacy with its modern programs.

Several featured athletes lent their voices to the project, recording voiceovers that became the driving narrative thread of the final piece. Paired with powerful visuals, their words created a unified sense of purpose—showcasing what it means to be part of Baldwin athletics.

The completed video became a high-energy recruitment film designed to inspire Baldwin students to get involved in sports. It also serves as a versatile admissions asset, giving prospective students and families an immediate sense of the school’s passion, drive, and balance between competition and community.
