Challenges & Solution
VCare provides phone, email, chat and social media customer support with a fast response time, high first-resolution scores, and a superior client engagement model. They needed a fast-paced, eye catching promotional video to accompany their fresh new corporate website so they turned to Skynine Cinema. This short promo piece packs a punch by incorporating live action video footage and motion graphics text!
We brought our video crew to Vcare’s office in Mount Laurel, NJ to capture their customer support team in action. Filming many different clips from multiple angles was very important because we knew each clip was going to cut quickly in post-production. By compositing motion graphics into the video, we were able to create a fast moving, informative promotional video!
