About the Project
Challenges & Solution
We had the privilege of providing video production services for the prestigious Reimagine Education Conference & Awards, hosted by QS Quacquarelli Symonds at The Wharton School in Philadelphia. Our work spanned two key video production services, both critical in engaging the in-person audience and those tuning in globally.
We produced a multi-cam livestream for the two-day event, ensuring viewers from around the world had a dynamic experience. The livestream included close-ups of the speakers, capturing every key point with precision; graphic overlays of slide deck presentations, ensuring virtual attendees could follow along effortlessly; and cutaway shots of panelists and audience members bringing the Q&A discussions to life. Since the majority of the audience was tuning in from around the world, it was vital that we streamed the event with the clearest picture and sound!
In addition to the live production, we captured event highlights to showcase the conference and help spread their message through social media. We interviewed several QS representatives and event attendees to talk about the event and hot conversation topics. When we weren’t shooting interviews, our team was on-the-move with motorized gimbals and stabilizers to film key presentations, keynote moments, and interactions between attendees and vendors.
This kind of production is our bread and butter—we love combining our live event and cinematic talents into one seamless production. High-quality content allowed us to amplify the event’s impact, both live and beyond!
